Lancaster Lane Treats is a certified cottage food bakery in Maple Grove, MN specializing in cookies, cupcakes, and experience kits. We also offer a wide range of other treats such as cake pop cones and cinnamon rolls- almost anything you need, we’ll bake!

Each order is customized by you, to perfectly fit your family’s wants and needs. This includes dietary needs as well as personal preference on esthetics. Color matching, name piping, theme matching- we do it all.

Clean label simplicity- you can see exactly what is in your food, and pronounce it! I’ll even provide exact recipes if there are any concerns, or if you want to try making yourself- nothing to hide here.

All treats are made with high-quality ingredients. We always use organic sugar, and all icing and frosting coloring is non-GMO and made in the US. We do not use numbered dyes, except for specific sprinkles and airbrushing (such as our PYO cookie palette).

The typical American consumes a credit card’s worth of plastic weekly. WEEKLY. To minimize exposure, we use only stainless steel and glass bowls and utensils. The products are fully cooled down before packaging, which you’re not getting from mass-produced bakers.

Located right off 169 and 63rd Ave, pickups couldn’t be easier. I’m super flexible on timing, as I work from home. Free delivery over $80 within 15 miles. As a cottage food producer, I cannot ship or provide 3rd party delivery.

We’re open to substitutions, such as using almond or coconut flour over all-purpose flour (wheat). We’re always trying new recipes that focus on nutrient density.

Single-use waste items are used sparingly. For example, we market cake pop cones that have fully edible bases as opposed to regular cake pops with disposable bases. Our packaging is minimal and reusable.
